Islands

You see, I believe that as human beings, we are all islands. And that love is not a completing or even a complementing of souls. It is finding that other person who has sat in the same seas as you for their entire lives. Weathering the same storms, and enjoying the same repose. Because I'm not sure if you can fully understand the soul of another. But you can certainly identify with what they've been through. And what they will always go through.
